We work with several animal rescue groups in the San Francisco Bay Area and donate a portion of every sale to a group in need or we purchase foods and beds for the pets. Occasionally, we also donate to a rescue mission to help the homeless as well as battered women.
All items are checked for quality and accuracy before shipping. All items are carefully packed when shipped. Should anything be damaged in shipping, please contact us as well as the carrier immediately so we can help you to be reimbursed for the item.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Items already shipped cannot be canceled. Please read all policies to return any items after received.

We are sorry, but for orders shipped without tracking, we cannot be responsible for their delivery. If you feel your order may have been lost, please contact your local post office to file a claim for a refund. We do not provide refunds as we are very careful and very honest that your item(s) were shipped as indicated. We are not responsible for USPS and their delivery schedules.
